Sunken Temple is the first full length solo album from drummer, percussionist and electro-acoustic musician, Samuel Hall.

Sunken Temple lives in duality. A striking delve into electro-acoustic percussion, dense rhythms, cascading feedback and drum preparation as well as a meditation on the space between a wandering dream and waking life.

Sunken Temple is a railing against our propensity to forget our dreams. A vivid recollection on a bridge over a wasteland. An embrace that calmed the world. A touch so frighteningly real. An attempt to preserve a powerful yet delicate memory.

Falling through rich sonic landscapes and crashing into angular distorted rhythms, Sunken Temple blurs the lines between its electronic and acoustic elements, setting its familiarities at odds with its challenges.
